Hello everyone, I’m Sato writing this SaaSes Staff Blog.
Today I’m going to answer some questions in English.
My English is not very good though…

FAQ

We often hear questions about:

Can I use your service from Overseas?

We provide our SaaSes services for customers in Japan.
If you move overseas in the middle of the use, you can keep on using services as long as you can pay service fees to our bank account or pay online through your VISA / MasterCard.

Any foreign nationals will be considered, but we are sorry that our support is only in Japanese.
Because there is no staff who can speak English at the support desk.

Do you accept PayPal?

Sorry, we don’t accept PayPal at this time.

Do you allow adult sites?

We don’t place any restrictions on usage.

But if your contents conflict with the Japanese law, or your server generates very large amounts of traffic to the detriment of other users, you will be required to stop it.

Can you email a quotation?

The prices are clearly listed on the site and are automatically calculated during the ordering process.
Therefore we don’t send quotations.

How long will my VPS take to be setup / provisioned?

Immediately upon successful payment you will receive an automated email.
If you don’t receive it within hours, please check your spam folder or contact our support team. (in Japanese!)
